Event planning has always been a part of my life. Over the years I have played a
major role in the organizing of weddings, parties, and milestone events for friends
and family. They were all aware of my passion for seeing a well thought out plan
come together. I have been able to utilize skills developed while previously
working in hotel sales and catering. I am a certified member of the American
Association of Wedding Planner and the Association of Wedding Professionals
International. Both organizations offer ongoing continuing education courses and
seminars that keep me up to date as well as making me a more efficient,
resourceful, and responsible wedding planner.
Clients know that they can rely on me to get creative wheels turning when they are
lost and not sure where to begin. Vendors, venues, themes, etc, are things that I
worry about, not my clients. My goal is to remove the stress and frustration and
make the planning flow. I love to help someone else's vision come to life for an
event that at that moment in time is the most important event of their life. Although
I become engulfed in the project at hand, it is imperative that the client is equally
involved in every facet of the planning. The outcome will be a beautiful memory.
